Fairmont Hot Springs Resort – Full Service & Scenic backdrops

Fairmont Hot Springs Resort is a fantastic choice if you want everything in one place. Not only can you and your guests stay right at the resort, but you can also relax in the famous hot springs before or after the big day.

The resort offers several different venues to fit your style:

  • A wedding platform overlooking the valley, perfect for outdoor ceremonies with mountain views.

  • A ski hill chalet for a cozy, rustic vibe.

  • A golf course clubhouse and banquet-style rooms for larger receptions.

With mountain views in every direction, you’ll have no shortage of stunning spots for photos. Plus, all the amenities—restaurants, accommodations, spa, and activities—are right on site, which makes planning and hosting much easier. Highlight: A full wedding weekend vibe with mountain views, hot springs, and multiple venue options all in one spot.

House of the Friesians – A Mountain Escape

House of the Friesians is a one-of-a-kind venue nestled right in the Rocky Mountains. The views are breathtaking and the ceremony space comes with a rustic wooden arch topped with an iron heart. It’s the picture-perfect backdrop for vows, and there’s even a romantic little bridge nearby for photos.

This venue is also home to Friesian horses, which add a touch of magic. Brides can even arrive by carriage or horseback if they want something truly unforgettable.

The property has several spaces to choose from: a cozy cabin for smaller groups, a barn for mid-sized gatherings, and a large shelter for big celebrations. Weekend packages start around $3,000 for just the cabin and go up to about $12,800 for the entire estate. It’s definitely a premium option, but you get stunning scenery, multiple spaces, and all the rustic mountain charm. Highlight: Unique horse farm setting with rustic photo ops.

Eagle Ranch Resort – Intimate Elopements

For couples dreaming of something small and romantic, Eagle Ranch Resort is a stunning choice. It has a lovely little gazebo that overlooks the Columbia Valley wetlands. If you’re lucky, you might even see eagles soaring above as you say your vows.

The resort also has a restaurant, a space to get ready, and cozy accommodations. For photos, don’t miss the Eagle Ranch swing—it’s a playful, romantic touch with incredible views.

This venue is best for intimate elopements and small gatherings. The gazebo rental starts around $1,250, and catering packages begin at about $95 per person. It’s a beautiful spot for couples who want breathtaking views and a private, meaningful celebration. Highlight: Mountain and lake views right from the ceremony spot.

CPR Lodge – A Budget-Friendly Gem

If you’re looking for something cozy and affordable, CPR Lodge is a hidden treasure right in Invermere. It’s close to Kinsmen Beach, has space for up to 70 guests, and even includes folding tables and chairs—no extra rentals needed. The rustic cabin style makes it feel warm and welcoming.

The best part is the price. You can rent it on weekdays for just $215 a day. Or book the whole weekend, Friday through Sunday, for only $530. That’s almost unheard of in a place this scenic.

There’s also a park nearby for photos and the beach is just steps away, giving you plenty of beautiful backdrops without having to travel far. Perfect for couples who want a sweet, simple wedding without breaking the bank. Highlight – Rustic charm and cozy log cabin character right in Invermere, perfect for an intimate mountain wedding.
